孙静博士主要介绍了反应性溶质运移模型在地下水环境地球化学领域的应用。大多数地下水系统的水化学成分,受到地下水水流过程、溶质运移过程和生物地球化学过程之间复杂的相互作用的影响。反应性溶质运移模拟将生物地球化学模拟和溶质运移模拟有效结合起来,这种结合为了解、量化和预测地下水水质变化提供了有用工具。孙静博士以地下水砷污染为例,通过相关案例研究,向大家介绍如何使用反应性溶质运移模型对实验室和野外现场实验数据进行深入分析,从而更好的获得对地下水水质演变的定性和定量理解。报告会现场气氛非常活跃,大家就感兴趣的科学问题与孙静博士进行了广泛探讨和深入交流。

报告人简介:
Jing Sun is a Guest Lecturer in University of Western Australia & CSIRO Land and Water of Floreat, Australia. She obtained her PhD in 2016 from Columbia University, New York, USA. Her Ph.D thesis was based on Developing Improved Strategies of Remediating Arsenic Contaminated Aquifers. She has published 16 publications (3 in ES&T) and obtained more than 10 research grants.Her research focuses on hydrogeochemistry; groundwater and soil remediation; reactive transport modeling; palaeoenvironmental sciences; application of advanced spectroscopic techniques.In this presentation, she will show the Effects of Iron Mineralogy on the Environmental Fate of Metal(loid)s and on Iron Bioavailability in the Ocean.
